Good, booking recommended. They have tables outside. An excellent first course Paccheri alla Marchigiana with white ragout from Marche beef. A Norcia ham on melon, what can I say, everything is fabulous. Generous portions. Clean place. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent value for money. Parking near the restaurant. The location in this little village is beautiful. It's worth getting off the highway for a good lunch. Also good for motorcyclists.

It is a place where you can taste traditional Macerata dishes as well as the chef's innovations (e.g. special pizzas). An easily accessible place, with parking and quiet enough for both a frugal lunch break and a great "slow-food" dinner.Recommended

Elegant restaurant that focuses on local products. In particular, the platter and the sheep's tagliatelle (specialties of the Marche hinterland) were highly appreciated. The tiramisu is scary, really good! Furthermore, generous and particular attention goes to Stefano, a kind and good-hearted person!

Unlike some who didn't have a good time, I will happily return both with my family and with my group of motorcyclists, in fact I'm sure it will become a fixed stop. The pappardelle with venison was very good, but the duck with orange and varnelli was excellent, of which we enjoyed an encore. Courtesy, kindness and professionalism, despite 2 tables and a full room we were served at the right time without unnerving waits. The value for money is also excellent.I can't wait to go back with my friends.I returned today June 23rd, which has now become a fixed stop on my 2-wheel outings, I was already looking forward to the guinea fowl at Varnelli, but Stefano had different plans for me....And here's a nice meaty Florentine steaktasty, tender, unique flavor from the Marche... the best I've ever eaten...Adequate but honest price. As always I will return

The restaurant as it once was, in terms of aesthetics and with good attention to service, which also sees the use of young and well-trained waiters; what is fundamental, however, is the quality and quantity of the food, both excellent.Having lunch for 4 (and eating for 6), we enjoyed tagliatelle with wild boar and mushrooms (good), but my heart remained attached to the gnocchi with sheep sauce (and actual slices of fat!), whose meat, (with an intense flavour, of course) stimulated my taste buds enormously, like the coratella in the appetizer, very tasty. The cold cuts are excellent, as are the kebabs (liver and onion, Angus, sheep) and the side dishes. I saw mega pork steaks brought to the other tables which we will certainly come back to taste. The desserts are also good. Extremely honest prices! Marked in the list of places of the heart.

It's a place quite close to Lake Fiastra, don't expect a chic restaurant, it's a homely place where you feel at home... there's the best coratella I've ever eaten. The tripe and meat are excellent, they also make pizza but I didn't have it... the bottled wine is also excellent, a good Sangiovese from a good winery in the Marche region. The waiters are young, kind, polite and nice. Absolutely worth doing again. Ps: the quality/price ratio is convenient.

They arrived early, we confirmed the place of good vin santo. Both the owner and his waiters kindly served you. We proposed to return as soon as possible to try othersdishes that we have seen brought to other tables. GOOD......

Stratospheric meat! Everything was super, from the initial coratella to the coffee... the dishes at the end demonstrate it! Excellent quality/price ratio.Unfortunately I was passing through, I hope to be able to return.
